Keep public access to Shire Hall

Shire Hall, Tindal Square, Chelmsford (Chelmsford Liberal Democrats)10th February 2018

Essex County Council is about to agree a deal with a developer on terms that are different than previously agreed. We are concerned that this could mean little or NO public access to Shire Hall. The building has stood at the top of the High Street for 228 years. It is a major Chelmsford landmark, which served as a court house.

Essex CC Liberal Democrats have "called in" this decision for review. So we now have two weeks in which to show the strength of public feeling on this issue.

We the undersigned want to see public access to Shire Hall.
