Chelmsford Lib Dem Stephen Robinson joined environment spokesman Steve Webb MP and other Lib Dems from around the country in the campaign against widespread use of plastic bags. This follows on from the petition launched by Stephen and the motion to the borough council from Cllr Chris Rycroft.
