Martin Bracken and his family have lived in Chelmsford, on the Chelmer Road, for 30 years. During that time he has been privileged to serve as Councillor for Trinity Ward and its predecessor, Cathedral Ward, for 10 years. He said, "I am proud of what I and my fellow Liberal Democrats managed to achieve for Trinity Ward - including the 20mph zone on the Springfield allied estate and the pedestrian crossing at Arbour Lane." When Trinity Ward had Liberal Democrat Councillors they held regular monthly surgeries and assisted local residents in hundreds of pieces of casework ranging from planning applications and opposition to developments, through housing and parking issues. |

Richard Lee is a born and bred Chelmsfordian and lives in Springfield. Following University he has travelled the world and worked in many sectors. He'd like to bring these lifetime experiences back to his 'home turf' and make our neighbourhoods better for all. Richard says, "I'm campaigning with the local Lib Dems for a brighter, better Chelmsford. With the experience Martin brings we have the perfect combination. "I'm passionate about where I live. I love this town of Chelmsford - but I believe it can be better. I would like to see brighter, cleaner, friendlier neighbourhoods. Less traffic, better parking.
