Robin Stevens and his wife have lived in the Lawns Ward for almost 40 years. His two daughters were educated at the Perry-fields Schools and Boswells School, before moving away to University and then employment. Robin has been a governor at Perryfields Infant School for almost 30 years and he is an active member of All Saints Church in the Ward. He was first elected as local councillor in 2005. He was the deputy mayor of Chelmsford 2010-11. |

Ros Webb and her husband have lived in Chelmsford for many years. Ros was a member of the Springfield Parish Council in the 1990s and played a significant role in the building of the Parish Centre. First elected to Chelmsford Borough Council from 1995 to 1999, she chaired its leisure committee. She was elected to the Borough Council again in 2007 when she moved into Lawns ward. She is a board member of the YMCA and a governor at Tyrrells School. Ros said, "I am keen that the Lawns Ward continues to be a good place to live with local shops and amenities that benefit the community." |
