Councillor Freda Mountain has represented the ward for the past 24 years. During her time she has had the privilege of being Mayor of Chelmsford and more recently Deputy Mayor. As a councillor Freda has fought for residents over a wide range of issues and dealt with large numbers of personal casework. She is currently the group secretary, and is on the Planning and Licensing Committees. Freda is the chairman of Age Concern Chelmsford Day Centre and a Trustee of four other charities. She is a governor for Mildmay Infant & Nursery and Junior schools, as well as being actively involved with several other local organisations. |

Linda Mascot has lived in Tile Kiln for the past 19 years, and is currently a Learning Support Assistant specialising in children with Special Educational Needs, at a Junior School in Great Baddow.She has over 20 years experience of community involvement/projects. Linda is Joint Chairman of the Tile Kiln residents Association and Neighbourhood Watch. She is also Vice Chairman and aTrustee Director of the newly formed Moulsham Lodge Community Trust. In addition she is a regular participant in Community Speed watch and a member of the Neighbourhood environmental action team |
