75% of the Lib Dem manifesto from 2010 has (so far) been delivered in Government

Action explosionThe Lib Dems only have 8.8% of the MPs in the House of Commons but have delivered 75% of the 2010 manifesto (according to the BBC). That's in stark contrast to 0% of the manifesto having been delivered over the last 90 years.
